Basketball season is in session! College students are eligible to receive special ticket offers for every Bulls home game. To get started, please enter your .edu email address. Then, make your selection from the available games to purchase tickets. Tickets will be added throughout the season, so check back often for additional games.
Please note: changes cannot be made to the email address after purchase.
Student Pass tickets can be transferred a maximum of one time after initial purchase.
Those who receive
Student Pass tickets through a ticket transfer will not be able to transfer/forward those tickets again.

Why won’t it let me purchase these tickets?
In the area or game you are looking for, we are out of available inventory and will be updating the website to reflect that shortly.
What is the “code” on the purchasing page?
Your code will be your .edu email address. You will then need to complete a two-step verification process in order to purchase discounted tickets.
Why was my card charged but I didn’t receive tickets?
If your charge says ‘pending’ then nothing was charged. You must complete the two-step verification process and redo the purchase. If your statement says ‘pending’ please allow 3-5 business days for the pending charge to be removed and come off your statement.
Can I see which specific seats are available?
You can pick the seating area, but your exact seats won’t be visible until you purchase.
Can I get more than 4 tickets?
No, the limit is four tickets per game.
My friends and I have more than 4 people coming, how can we sit next to each other?
We can’t guarantee seating next to each other on multiple orders. If your group is larger than 15+, you will be eligible for group discounts. Please call 312-455-4000 for more information.
When will student pass tickets for unlisted games become available?
We typically release more games close to the end of the month. If you would like to be notified when we add more Student Pass tickets, you can sign up for Bulls Text Alerts using your .edu email address and we will send you a text each time new games are released. Sign up for Bulls Text Alerts.
Is the “Lower Level” option for seats in the 100 or 200 Level?
'Lower Level' is the 100 Level at Bulls games in the United Center.
